Day Three

Short and sweet today. On the training schedule was 5 km however I was not able to get out at lunch so I did 45 minutes on the elliptical as a substitute. Day 3 of the Fab Abs schedule completed as well. It was a great day.
I also had a chance today to put my goals into my agenda, it is amazing what little steps over the next few months will bring at the end. My reward for reaching my May goals is a new running outfit for the Half Marathon. Note to self:buy it in early May so that it will be broken in before race day 🙂
