Weigh In #5

Weigh in #5 today and down another half of a pound for a total of 15 and 7 for this challenge… ORIGINAL GOAL OF 7 LBS ACHEIVED!!!! WHOO HOOO!!!
So the revised goal for February is to be down another 5.5 lbs. This may be a long stretch but we will see how it goes 🙂 I have to start putting more effort into the Half Marathon training so hopefully that extra effort will result in added inches disappearing, added muscle and if all goes well a drop in the scales.
Eating over the last week was not really top notch either, the chips on Friday didn’t help for sure. They were tasty but my goodness they made me feel like crap after. This week has already been better and will continue to plan and work on this.
Today is a XT or Rest day on the schedule, so I will do some time on the elliptical to work out some of the stiffness from the 8 kms yesterday, and some arm and ab workouts.
Today is another beautiful day!
